We are excited to announce a special opportunity for actors looking to advance their careers: The Exclusive Acting Workshop with Zgjim Baraliu. This workshop offers a unique class with intensive training from one of the most renowned experts in the field of acting.
Workshop Description
Zgjim Baraliu has extensive experience, having participated in over 1,000 auditions, and is a VIP on WeAudition, the largest audition platform. He collaborates regularly with renowned Hollywood actors such as Andrea Londo, Nicholas Baroudi, Rachel Alig, and Cassie Howarth. Additionally, he has trained actors alongside Moisés Kaufman, a Tony Award nominee.
In this workshop, participants will engage in intensive training sessions led by Zgjim Baraliu and American field experts. Andrea Londo, known for her role as Maria Salazar in the hit series Narcos, will join us for a Q&A session to enhance the learning experience.

Curriculum
WEEK 1 – Monologue Work – Active Listening
Focus: Introduction, initial monologue work, collaboration with an imaginary partner, identifying event details, motives, objectives, goals, and character development.
WEEK 2 – Scene Breakdown I
Focus: Scene study, implementation of the Meisner Technique, and virtual meetings with industry professionals.
WEEK 3 – Scene Breakdown II & Acting Theory
Focus: Refining scene work, techniques for naturalistic and realistic acting, fact investigation and event identification in the scene, relationship exercises, and practical application of Meisner and Uta Hagen techniques.
WEEK 4 – Monologue Analysis/Understanding Circumstances
Focus: Advanced monologue work, mask work, and final evaluations and reflections.
WEEK 5 – Believing in Circumstances – Spontaneous Acting in Specific Scenarios
Focus: “When the actor believes, we believe” – Intensive exercise in trusting circumstances in the script and implementing the “substitution” technique.

Zgjim Baraliu is an alumnus of the American Academy of Dramatic Arts and has an impressive resume, including over 10 Off-Broadway productions and pilots for NBC. In 2020, he won the award for Best Drama (Katarina Josipi – 2nd Place). He is an actor, producer, and coach, living between Kosovo and the USA, specifically New York. Zgjim is also the CEO of the Balkans’ first casting platform, AktorKast.com.
