Beats or the technique of (a breath) is a technique that should happen based on the reaction that comes instinctively to you as an actor towards your partner on stage. This exercise doesn&#8217;t necessarily mean it can be done solo, but it&#8217;s recommended to have a partner on stage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In real life conversations, we face different emotions and every moment can change depending on the situation. Beats can be a line, a page, a monologue, etc. When we are talking with our partner on stage and the partner says something we don&#8217;t like or the author has implied that there should be a harsh reaction, we must pre-set the beats. Below, I will write an example to demonstrate with the text below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>&#8220;Why did you hurt me this way? No, don&#8217;t answer\u2026 I know. Because you feel nothing, you never felt anything. And you know what? Neither do I feel anything anymore.
